Rapid prototyping in steel, aluminum and nylon

AL.EA. ‘s rapid prototyping service has been developed in recent years to help companies transform their designs into full-scale physical prototypes in extremely short time and at low cost.

In this way, the appearance, functionality, and performance of a mechanical component can be tested prior to mass production, minimizing the impact of any design errors and the resulting costs for modifications.

At AL.EA. we use several state-of-the-art rapid prototyping technologies to ensure high quality and precision results tailored to each requirement.

Rapid Prototyping

Our prototyping solutions can be developed using three different technologies, depending on the materials to be used and the requirements:

  • Selective Laser Melting (SLM): a process of selectively melting metal powders with a laser, ideal for creating metal prototypes with complex geometries and high strength.

  • Selective Laser Sintering (SLS): technology that uses a laser to sinter powders of plastic or metallic materials, resulting in robust, lightweight, and detailed prototypes perfect for functional testing.

  • CNC prototyping: a high-precision machining method used to make prototypes from solid, metal or plastic semi-finished products with high dimensional accuracy.

With our expertise in 3D rapid prototyping and CNC prototyping, we offer our customers the ability to iterate quickly on their designs, making changes with reduced time and cost. In addition, with our 3D laser printing technologies, we guarantee prototypes that meet the highest standards of quality and accuracy.

With AL.EA, prototyping becomes a fast, flexible and reliable process, ensuring that every idea is developed and tested efficiently before reaching the market.

We are able to speed up the production system.
