Aluminum brass and zamak

To manufacture aluminum components, brass components, and zamak components, AL.EA employs a variety of traditional and innovative technologies, including:

• Die casting that is ideal for producing large batches at low prices in aluminum alloy and zamak. Our experience in this process is combined with a constantly growing production capacity, including internationally. Thanks to die casting, in fact, parts with complex shapes can be obtained while maintaining high mechanical strength. In particular, we use this technology exclusively for zamak components, managing to optimize costs for the production of civil and industrial machinery parts.
  
  
• Shell casting , which guarantees, thanks to gravity casting, a particularly compact mold filling and drastically reduces the porosity of the finished product compared to other production processes, at the price, however, of increased processing time. Alternatively, we also perform low-pressure shell castings for higher productivity, even with particularly complex geometries.
  
  
• Sand casting: one of the key technologies for producing both brass components and aluminum mechanical parts, which is used mainly for making decorative parts for street furniture or other purposes.
  
  
• Machining on machine tools: usually required on components obtained in foundries to achieve the tolerances required by the customer in functional parts.
